The Project Explained…
This project required a highly secure web application to be developed for the use of Lexus’ partners from around Sweden. Core functionality includes a custom built ticketing system and, importantly, real-time statistical analysis and report generation for monitoring performance of Customer Services functions.
Ease of use was key to this project from the IT team all the way to the end user, so we made sure we delivered seamless automated deployment/updates and automated messaging at key metrics points (performance threshold alerts etc), so that the team could focus on other issues while remaining informed and ready to act when necessary.
